By contracting or using any of our services, the User expressly accepts these conditions.

2. Object of the contract

Replanta LC offers digital web infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

  • Web hosting
  • Domain registration and management
  • Server administration
  • Consulting and technical support
  • Custom web development

These services are provided from abroad, without a permanent establishment in the User’s country.

3. Identification of the parties

Provider: Replanta LC (EIN: 301447308)
User: Any natural or legal person who contracts services through the website.

4. Domain registration and management

Replanta LC acts as a technical and administrative intermediary before the official registries (ICANN and other TLDs). The User is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete data for registration.
  • Complying with WHOIS policies and renewal.
  • Regularly checking the status of contracted domains.

Failure to renew, errors in data, or regulatory non-compliance may result in the loss of the domain, without Replanta LC assuming responsibility for it.

5. Hosting and support services

Hosting services include web space, email, backups, and basic support. The service availability (uptime) will be at least 99.9% monthly, except for scheduled maintenance or force majeure.

Technical support is provided through digital channels (email or chat). The estimated response time is 24/48 business hours.

6. Acceptable use policy

It is strictly prohibited:

  • The sending of SPAM or using hosting for mass campaigns without consent.
  • Using it to host malware, phishing, illegal content, or infringing third-party rights.
  • Cryptocurrency mining, open proxies, or disproportionate resource consumption.

Non-compliance may result in immediate suspension of the service, without the right to a refund.

7. Prices, payments, and renewals

Prices are displayed in the currency established on the site (USD or EUR). All payments are made via Stripe or international bank transfer. The User is responsible for costs due to fees or currency exchange.

The renewal of services is automatic, unless expressly canceled by the User at least 5 days in advance.

8. Returns and cancellations

A return period of 30 calendar days is established for hosting services and monthly maintenance, except for:

  • Domain registration, renewal, or transfer
  • Software licenses, SSL certificates, custom services
  • Services already executed in whole or in part

9. Limitation of liability

Replanta LC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data or service interruptions due to causes beyond its control
  • Economic losses, lost profits, or indirect damages
  • Errors committed by the User in the configuration or management of the service

Replanta LC’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months for the affected service.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the website, software, brands, logos, documentation, and tools are the property of Replanta LC or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property regulations.

11. Data protection

Replanta LC complies with the regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and acts as the Data Processor when managing data of European customers.

12. Modifications

Replanta LC reserves the right to modify these terms for legal, technical, or commercial reasons. Changes will be notified by email or through a notice in the client area.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and, in its absence, by Spanish legislation as applicable under Private International Law.

In case of conflict, the parties submit to the Cheyenne courts (WY, USA)unless European consumer regulations require the jurisdiction of the User’s country.
