Electricity, infrastructure, and planting
We explain separately where each plan is hosted, what documentation exists, and what actions are pending. Update: September 11, 2026.
Cedro Electricity
Cedro is hosted in Falkenstein (Germany), with electricity supply from hydroelectric sources documented by the operator of the center. This information is limited to the electricity of the data center; it does not describe the entire web footprint. We do not attribute 100% renewable electricity to the source server of Sauce or Roble.
Content Distribution
Cloudflare can act as a CDN in front of the hosting. A verification result associated with the CDN does not by itself demonstrate the electrical origin of the server that stores and processes the web.
Replanta Forest Program
We are preparing the Replanta Forest Program with the aim of financing one tree per contracted plan and year through Tree-Nation. Automation is not yet active. We will publish the conditions and the receipts when the plantings are carried out; they are not counted as avoided or compensated emissions.

Scope of the verifications
The Replanta file in Green Web Foundation and the supplier documentation are references regarding the scope they describe. They do not constitute a certification of the complete impact of all our plans. The address direct.replanta.net allows you to check the origin of Cedar without the CDN proxy.
GWF has announced that as of October 1, 2026, it will stop accepting offsets as a verification basis. We will review our Sauce and Oak documentation according to that criterion.Policy published by GWF.
Environmental management of the center
The operator's documentation includes EMAS for its German centers. EMAS is a management and environmental auditing system for the organization and the included facilities; it does not certify that each website has zero impact. GWF's verification and energy documentation have a distinct scope.
Estimates and measured results
A web footprint calculator produces estimates that depend on the transferred size, model factors, and their assumptions. It does not equate to measuring server consumption or a complete emissions inventory. We do not publish an individual PUE for the Cedar service without applicable measurement and period.
Documentation for companies
We can provide public references on Cedro's infrastructure. Its use in an emissions inventory depends on the scope, the period, and the methodology of each organization. The hosting does not alone certify compliance with CSRD nor a quantified reduction of Scope 3.
Identification of the hosting
The plugin shows a link for identifying the Replanta hosting and the registered plan. It leads to an informative page of the domain; it is not an environmental certificate of the website.
